Convert to Snapshot using 12c Grid
-------------------------------------------------
Select Standby Database,  (Ex: RAC1DR) [Role:  Physical Standby] and click on Convert Tab

Next screen Pass the Credential


 Below screen select Yes,





 This stage process the conversion



 Role has been changed to snapshot standby


Now Convert to Physical Standby:


 Role has been changed to Physical Standby
